Tongan Kava

We are proud to now be carrying Pure Kava brand products! Tongan kava is the perfect daytime kava. It provides an uplifting and happy feeling, while still maintaining relaxation and stress relief.

To mix the perfect batch of kava, add 1 cup of kava to the strainer bag and submerge in one gallon of water. Knead and squeeze the strainer bag in the water and repeat for about 10-15 minutes. Once finished, squeeze remaining liquid from the strainer bag before discarding kava root.
